§ 16.04.040. Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.

All of the provisions of the most current version of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Code, and any superseding version thereof, herein referred to as the "abatement code," and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, and terms of such abatement code, one copy of which code has been filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the city clerk, are referred to by this section and are adopted and made a part of this chapter, the same as if fully set forth in this chapter, and are adopted as sections of this chapter, being the same numerical sections, designations, and titles as appear in said abatement code.

Ord. No. 408-2012, § 1, adopted November 8, 2012, repealed the former § 16.04.040, and § 4 of Ord. No. 408-2012 enacted a new § 16.04.040 as set out herein. The former § 16.04.040 pertained to the Uniform Sign Code and derived from Ord. No. 151-77, 1977; Ord. No. 226-80, 1981; Ord. No. 236-83, 1983; Ord. No. 255-87, 1987; Ord. No. 274-89, 1990; Ord.
