The city adopts Title 24, "California Building Standards Code", and Title 25, "Mobilehome Parks and Installations Regulations", both of the California Code of Regulations.

Ord. No. 408-2012, § 1, adopted November 8, 2012, repealed the former § 16.04.020, and § 2 of Ord. No. 408-2012 enacted a new § 16.04.020 as set out herein. The former § 16.04.020 pertained to the Uniform Building Code and derived from Ord. No. 151-77, 1977; Ord. No. 226-80, 1981; Ord. No. 236-83, 1983; Ord. No. 255-87, 1987; Ord. No. 274-89, 1990; Ord.
