§ 9.28.030. Posted "No skating, bicycle or scooter riding" on public or private property.

A.

Any public or private property owner, or an authorized representative of the same, may post in a conspicuous place a sign on or near public or private property under the control of such owner, that prohibits the riding of vehicles subject to this ordinance on that public or private property, in any words that reasonably convey such prohibition.

B.

The governing body of any public property owner may, by resolution or other formal action, designate the places where riding vehicles subject to this ordinance shall be prohibited on the agency's property.
