§ 8.24.030. Waste matter defined.

The term "waste matter" shall include but not be limited to broken crockery, broken bottles, metal vessels, trimmings from lawns, trees and flower gardens, ashes, pasteboard boxes, berry boxes, rags, paper, straw, mattresses, packing material, shavings, boxes, sawdust, brick, stones, piled dirt, wire and other combustible and non-combustible and flammable waste material.
