§ 3.28.150. Use of tax for designated city promotion.

A.

Two percent of the rent charged by the operator pursuant to Section 3.28.030 of this chapter shall be used exclusively for city promotion, community events, economic enhancement, and community beautification.

B.

The method employed to distribute the tax hereunder shall be set forth in a resolution as shall from time to time be adopted by the city council.
