§ 2.12.080. Instruments.

Pursuant to Government Code Section 40602, the city manager, in addition to the mayor, is authorized to sign all warrants, contracts, conveyances, and instruments, except for those related to transactions in which the city manager has a financial benefit or interest, and as to the latter only the mayor, or in his/her absence, the mayor pro-tempore, shall have such authority.
