In addition to the basic user rate, industrial users will be charged industrial cost
recovery fees which must be collected by the city and repaid to the United States
government. Industrial cost recovery fees are calculated from the following formula:
Cicr = $146.65 Vu + $0.010090 Bu.
For the purposes of this section, "industrial user" means any user who contributes
more than twenty-five thousand gallons of wastewater per day, or more than forty-two
pounds of B.O.D. or of suspended solids per day.
