§ 14.04.060. Payment of bills.

  • A.

    Periodic bills are due and payable on the date of presentation and become delinquent fifteen days after presentation. Payment may be made at the city clerk's office or by mail.

    B.

    Ten percent is added to the total amount of each bill as follows:

    1.

    For billing dated the first day of the month, ten percent will be added on the fifth day of the following month after presentation;

    2.

    For billing dated the fifteenth day of the month, ten percent will be added on the twentieth day of the following month after presentation.

    C.

    Closing bills, if service is closed or discontinued, are due and payable on the date of presentation.
