§ 10.56.160. Reconstruction prohibited—Exception.

No vehicle which has been moved as provided by this chapter shall be reconstructed or made operable, unless it is a vehicle which qualifies for either horseless carriage license plates or historical vehicle license plates, pursuant to Section 5004 of the Vehicle Code of the state, in which case such vehicle may be reconstructed or made operable.
